HomeMy WebLinkAbout1332A By-law to apply to the area described under Sub-Division Control Number 1 being a sub-division under File T-12640 to be registered in the Registry Office of the West Riding of the County of Durham in the Province of Ontario.
That the owners consent fn writing to by by-law of the
Township of Clarke, pursuant to Section 27a of The Planning
Act, 1955, restricting lands to residential uses and
buildings to not more than one single-family dwelling,
with appropriate accessory buildings which shall not be
used for human habitation, on each of the lots as shown
on the plan.
That Appendi= "A" is attached to this By-law and forms a part
of it .
Read a first, seoond and third time and finally passed
this 6th day of duly, 1959•
