~iEREAS the Police Trustees of the Police Village of Orono
have requested the Municipal Corporation of the Township of
Clarke to estab lisp the Oro no Municipal Building as a Community
Recreation Centre in aecordan ce with the provisions of the
Community Centres Act and since the said property is already held
in trust by the Municipal Corporation:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Clarke as follows:-
'HAT the Orono Municipal Building be and i t is hereby
established as a Community Recreation Centre in accordance with
the pro visions of the Community Centres Act being R.S.O. Chapter
5$ and amendments thereto.
