Motions
Notice of Motions WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Newcastle did on July 27th
1987, enact Resolution #C-679-87, directing,
THAT the road sign map be amended to remove the
'~•- name 'Hale Road' in Clarke Township and replace
it with the name 'Stapleton Road "';
AND WHEREAS this decision has proven to be objectionable to many
of the residents of the Town of Newcastle;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council Resolution #C-679-87
enacted on July 27th 1987, is hereby rescinded.

By-laws 87-139 being a by-law to amend By-law 84-63, the Comprehensive
Zoning By-law of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle(Biway);

the Tile Drainage ACt, 1971;
87-141 being a by-law to amend By-law 84-116, entitled
"a by-law to raise money to aid in the construction of
