90-192 being a by-law to amend By-law 84-63, the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for
the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle (Martin Road Holdings) (Item #5

90-193 being a by-law to designate a head of the Municipal Corporation for the
purposes of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy
Act, 1989 (Item #12 of Report #1);
90-194 being a by-law to assume certain streets within the Town of Newcastle as
