90-97 being a by-law to amend By-law 84-63, the Comprehensive zoni
By-law for the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle (Reynaert)
(Item #11 of Report #1);
90-98 being a by-law to protect, manage, regulate, govern and control all
public parklands and buildings under the authority of the Town of
