WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The
Township of Clarke deems it advisable to amend By-Law ?Jmber 1756.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Clarke ENACTS as follows:
1. That the last sentence of paragraph (ii) of sub-
section (a) Taunton Road.: HC-1, Section 2, of By-Law
Number 1756 be amended by deleting therefrom the
words "thirty-eight feet (38') and substituting
thereto the words seventy-six feet (76') so that the
last sentence shall now read as follows:
"the minimum setback from centre line of County Road
No. 1 shall be 76 feet".
2. This By-Law shall become effective on the date hereof
subject to receiving the approval of the Ontario
Municipal Board.
