NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
That By-Law No.
_!'~+~31 of the Corporation appointing a
Road Superintendent for the road system of the municipality is
repealed.
That this By-Law shall not come into force and effect until the
Minister of Highways for Ontario has given his consent in writing
to the enactment of this By-Law repealing By-Law No. 1E:31
pursuant to subsection 2 of section 75 of The Highway Improvement
Act, R.S.O. 1960, Chapter 171.
READ a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD time and passed

Being a By-Law to repeal By-Law Number
1631 appointing a Road Superintendent
for the Township of Clarke
in the County of Durham

NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED:
That By-Law No. 1631 of the Corporation appointing a
Road Superintendent for the road system of the municipality is
repealed.
That this By-Law shall not come into force and effect until the
