WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Clarke, after due deliberation, have deemed it expedient
to repeal By-Law No. 1702;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED by the Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Clarke:
1. THAT By-Law No. 1702 be and the same is hereby repealed.
READ a first and second time this 6th day of April 1971.
