WHEREAS it is necessary to provide by By-Law authority
to pay fees to each fence viewer for every days work under
The Line Fences Act.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of The
Line Fences Act, R.S.O. 1960 and amendments thereto,
Chapter 216, Section 12 (1), the Council of the Township
of Clarke hereby enacts as follows:
1. Each fence-viewer is entitled to a X10.00 fee
for every day's work.
