1. ''That portion of the allowance for Road between Lot 6 and Lot ~l in
the Broken Front Conc~:ssion of the `t'ownship of Clarke, County of
Durham, from the southF~rly boundary of the Lakeshore Road allowance
to Lake Untarioktobether with the area in the said allowance for
Road between the northerly boundary and the southerly boundary of
the Canadian Pacific Railway public crossing between said Lot 6 and
Lot 7 in the Broken Front Concession of thE~ Township of Clarke. The
former said public crossing to remain as a farm crossing with gates.
2. That portion of the ~-llowance for Road between Lot 10 and Lot ,11
in the Broken Front Concession of the `i'o~anship of Clarke, County of
Durham, from the northerly boundary of the Canadian Pacific Railway
Crossing to the northerly boundary of the Lakeshore Road allowance
:inclusive of the public crossings at the said Can~.dian Pacific
Railway and Canadian National Railway. The former said public
cr•ossin~;s to remain as farm crossings with gates.
3. That portion of the tillowance for Road between Lot 20 and Lot 21
in the Broken Front Concession of the Township of Clarke, County of
Taurham, from the southerly boundary of the Lakeshore Ro~~_d allowance
to Lake Untari.o inclusive of the Canadian Pacific Railway and
Canadian National Railway public u~•ossin~~;s. The former said public
crossings to remain as farm crossings with gates.
4. Part of the Road allowance between Lot 32 and Lot 33 in the First
Concession of the Township of Clarke, County of Durham, and bein~~
that portion of the said Road tillowance lying south of the southerly
edge of an existing Service Road which runs westerly from the said
Road allowance southerly of and parallel to the southerly boundary
of th~~ Canadian National Railway; southerly from such a point of
commencement to Lake Ontario.
5. 'T'he unopened Road tillowance between Lot 31+ and Lot 35 in the Second
Cuncessi_on of the Township of Clarke, County of Durham, extending
from the northerly J.imit of ~ueen~s Highway No. 2 to the northerly
limit of the said Second Concession.

COUNTI&S OF NORTHUMB$RLAND AND DURHAM TO CONFIRM BYLAW N0. 1654 OF THE
CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF CLARKS.
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Township of Clarke, by By-
Law No. 1654 of the Corporation of the said Township, enacted the
fourth day of November, 1969, has stopped up and closed certain Road
Allowances as described in Schedule "A" of this By-Law;
AND WHBREAS the said Municipal Council has applied to the Municipal
Council of these United Counties for confirmation of the said By-Law
insofar as it relates to the stopping up and closing of the said road
allowances;
NOW THBREFORB The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
United Counties of Northumberland and Durham enacts as a Bylaw of
the said .Corporation:
1. That By-Law No. 1654'of the Corporation of the Township of
Clarke, passed the fourth day of November, 1969, insofar as it
relates to the stopping up and closing of the said road allowances,
as mentioned in the said Schedule "A", be and the same is hereby
confirmed.
PASSED at the Town of Cobourg this 29th day May, 1970, A.D.

Lake Ontario, together with the area in the said Allowance for Road
between the northerly boundary and the southerly boundary of the
Canadian Pacific Railway public crossing between said Lot 6 and Lot
7 in the Broken Front Concession of the Township of Clarke. The
former said public crossing to remain as a farm crossing with gates.
2. That portion of the Allowance for Road between Lot 10 and Lot 11
in the Broken Front Concession of the Township of Clarke, County of
Durham, from the northerly boundary of the Canadian Pacific Railway
Crossing to the northerly boundary of the Lakeshore Road Allowance
inclusive of the public crossings at the safd Canadian Pacific Rail•
way and Canadian National Railway. The former said public crossings
to remain as farm crossings with gates.
3. That portion of the Allowance for Road between Lot 20 and Lot 21

Concession of the Township of Clarke, County of Durham, and being that
portion of the said Road Allowance lying south of the southerly edge of

National Railway; southerly from such a point of coasnencement to Lake
Ontario.
5. The unopened Road Allowance between Lot 34 and Lot 35 in the
Second Concession of the Township of Clarke, County of Durham, extend-
ing from the northerly limit of Queen's Highway No. 2 to the northerly
limit of the said Second Concession.
