vVhereas Section 215 of The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1960,
Chapter 2l~9, authorises t:he Council of a muni.ci_pality to
appoint a Deputy Clerk, and
~Ihereas this Municipal Council deems -it desirable
to appoint one person to hold this office,
Therefore the Municipal Colancil of the Corporation
of the To~s~nship of Clarke enacts as follows
1, That Dorothy E, Stark be and is hereby appointed
Deputy Clerk for the Corporation of the Township
of Clarke as of ,Tian° 3 , lQ6p
2, That the said Dorothy E, Stark shall. perform all
the dut.iAs to he *~erform?d by a Clerk under
statlztory authority, and shall perform s~zch other
duties as may be assi~nnd to her from time to time
by Council.
3. That the said Dorothy E. Stark shall be paid a sum
per annum, payable bi_-weekly, expressed by resolution
of the said Council..
