'WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township
of Clarke, after due deliberation, have deemed it expedient
to repeal By-Law No. 147;
AND 'WHEREAS the Department of Public Welfare has passed
extensive ne~~~ regulations which came into force on the 1st
day of January 1967;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED By the Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Clarke:-
That By-Law No. 11~'7~ be and the same is hereby repealed.
Read a first and second time this 22 day of November. 1967.
