WAEREAS notice of intention to pass this by-law
was published once a week for at least four successive
weeks in the Orono Weekly T1mes and was posted up for
at least one month in six of the most public places
in the immediate neighbourhood of the said road
allowance or part of road allowance hereby affected
as required by the provisions of The Municipal Act;
AND WH~]REAS Council has received no objections
from persons claiming that their land would be
prejudicially affected by the by law;
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Clarke ENACTS AS
FOI,DOWS;
1. THAT all of the road allowance or part of road
allowance in the Township of Clarke described in
Schedule "A" and forming part of this by-law be and the
same is hereby stopped up«

1. The Road Allowance between Lots 32 and 33 in the
Second Concession of the Township of Clarke, County
of Durham, exceptings- Firstly, the southerly 1600
feet of the said Road Allowance measured northerly
from the northerly limit of the Old Kingston Road
and, secondly, that portion of the said .Road
Allowance bring between the Old Kingston Road and
Ring's Highway No. 2.
