HomeMy WebLinkAbout1459A By-law to stop up a certain road allowances in the Township of Clarke. WAEREAS notice of intention to pass this by-law was published once a week for at least four successive weeks in the Orono Weekly T1mes and was posted up for at least one month in six of the most public places in the immediate neighbourhood of the said road allowance or part of road allowance hereby affected as required by the provisions of The Municipal Act; AND WH~]REAS Council has received no objections from persons claiming that their land would be prejudicially affected by the by law; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Township of Clarke ENACTS AS FOI,DOWS; 1.
