BY-LAW 2009-137
Being a By-law to establish certain lands as public
highway, assume them for public use and name them.
The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
THAT the following lands are hereby established as public highway,
assumed by the Corporation for public use and assigned the name set out
below:
Land Established as Public Highway Name
Part of Lot 9, Concession 2 Longworth Avenue
Designated as Part 1 on Plan 40R-21119
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 5th day of October, 2009.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 5~' day of October, 2009.
