BY-LAW 2009-073
being a by-law to declare Part 3 on Plan 40R-25884 surplus as pursuant to section
268(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, a.25, as amended
WHEREAS at its meeting of May 11, 2009, Council of the Municipality of Clarington
received and approved Report #EGD-017-09,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
That Part 3 on Plan 40R-25884 is hereby declared surplus pursuant to section
268(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, 5.0.2001, c.25, as amended.
By-law read a first and second time this 1st day of June, 2009.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this la` day of June, 2009.
