BY-LAW 2009-072
being a by-law to close Part 3 on Plan 40R-25884 as a public highway pursuant to
section 34 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended
WHEREAS Council of the Municipality of Clarington has determined that Part 3 on Plan
40R-25884 should be closed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That Part 3 on Plan 40R-25884 is hereby closed as a public highway pursuant to
section 34 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended.
By-law read a first and second time this 1st day of June, 2009.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 1st day of June, 2009. _ _ _ _
