BY-LAW 2009-101
being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk on behalf of the
Municipality of Clarington to authorize the transfer to 564069 Ontario Inc., and to
repeal By-law 2009-074
WHEREAS at its meeting of May 11, 2009, Council of the Municipality of Clarington
received and approved Report #EGD-017-09,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
That the Mayor and Municipal Clerk on behalf of the Municipality of Clarington
are authorized to execute a transfer of part of Lot 28, Concession 1, Clarke,
abutting Lots 90-92, Block 42, Plan Village of Newcastle, Hannings Plan dated
1868, being travelled road, designated as Part 3 on Plan 40R-25884, Clarington,
to 564069 Ontario Inc. for the consideration of $35,000.00.
2. That By-law 2009-074 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 29~' day of June, 2009.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29`h day of June, 2009.
