BY-LAW 2009-100
being a by-law to declare Part 3 on Plan 40R-25884 surplus as pursuant to section
268(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, as amended, and to repeal
By-law 2009-073
WHEREAS at its meeting of May 11, 2009, Council of the Municipality of Clarington
received and approved Report #EGD-017-09,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
That part of Lot 28, Concession 1, Clarke, abutting Lots 90-92, Block 42, Plan
Village of Newcastle, Hannings Plan dated 1868, being travelled road, designated
as Part 3 on Plan 40R-25884, is hereby declared surplus pursuant to section
268(3) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O.2001, c.25, as amended.
2. That By-law 2009-073 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 29`h day of June, 2009.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29`h day of June, 2009.
