BY-LAW 2009- 085
Being a By-law to authorize the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk
on behalf of the Municipality of Clarington to execute Minutes
of Settlement with Bowmanville Creek Developments Inc. and
an Option Agreement to purchase certain lands
The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk, on behalf of the Municipality of Clarington,
be authorized to execute Minutes of Settlement with Bowmanville Creek
Developments Inc. to resolve appeals to the Ontario Municipal Board under
Board File Nos. PL090085 and PL090062 provided that the Minutes of
Settlement contain terms satisfactory to the Director of Planning Services and the
Solicitor.
2. THAT the Mayor and Municipal Clerk, on behalf of the Municipality of Clarington,
be authorized to execute an Option Agreement with Bowmanville Creek
Developments Inc. as provided in the Minutes of Settlement referenced in
paragraph 1.
