THAT the following lands are hereby established as public highway, assumed by the Corporation for public use and assigned the name set out below: Land Established as Public Highway Name Part of Lot 29, Concession 3, Fourth Avenue designated as Block A on Plan 675 Part of Lot 30, Concession 3, Fourth Avenue designated as the 1'0" reserve on Plan 675 BY-LAW read a first and second time this 27~h day of April, 2009.
