BY-LAW 2009-022
Being a by-law to authorize an agreement between Ontario Power
Generation and The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS at their meeting held on February 9, 2009, the Council of the
Municipality of Clarington adopted the recommendations contained in Report
CAO-001-09;
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the
Corporation Seal, an agreement between Ontario Power Generation and
The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington.
By-law read a first and second time this 9th day of February 2009.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of February 2009.
