BY-LAW 2009-015
Being a By-law to establish certain lands as public
highway, assume them for public use and name them.
The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
THAT the following lands are hereby established as public highway,
assumed by the Corporation for public use and assigned the name set out
below:
Land Established as Public Highway Name
(a) Part of Lot 11 Concession 2 designated as Goodwin Avenue
Part 1 on Plan 40R-16993
(b) Part of Lot 11 Concession 2 designated as Goodwin Avenue
Part 2 on Plan 40R-16993
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 26~h day of January, 2009.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 26~' day of January, 2009.
