BY-LAW NUMBER 2001- 173
being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding
between the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and 1138337 Ontario
Incorporated
WHEREAS at its meeting of September 17th, 2001, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington adopted recommendations contained in Report PSD-018-01;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute on behalf of the Corporation
of the Municipality of Clarington a Memorandum of Understanding between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and 1138337 Ontario Incorporated.
2. THAT the agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" shall form part of this By-
law.
BY-LAW read a first time this 24th day of September 2001
BY-LAW read a second time this 24th day of September 2001
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of September 2001
