THAT The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby accepts the transfer to it for a nominal consideration of the lands being Part of Block 70, Plan I OM-823 designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-20653, Municipality of Clarington, Regional Municipality of Durham.
