BY-LAW NO. 2008-164
being a By-law to appoint Members to the Solina Community
Centre Board
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality passed By-law 2008-038, being a by-law to
establish a Municipal Service Board to operate a Community Hall in Solina:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Solina Community Hall Board for
a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or until a successor is
appointed:
Viola Ashton
Shelly Crosby
Jack Currie
Brad Hinchey
Diane Stoner
By-Law read a first and second time this 29th day of September 2008.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of September 2008.
