Being a by-law to authorize the acceptance of a transfer of Parts
and on Reference Plan being certain lands in the
Bowmanville Creek Valley
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of October 16, 2000
approved the recommendations in Addendum to Report WD-25-00 respecting the transfer of
valley lands more particularly described as Parts and on Plan 1 and
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1• THAT the Municipality of Clarington is authorized to accept the transfer of the lands
more particularly described as Parts and on Plan
By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of October, 2000
By-law read a third and final time this 16th day of October, 2000.
