BY-LAW NUMBER 2000-158
being a By-law to authorize initiation by the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington of exercising the Option to purchase the property identified as 2611 Trulls
Road, Part 1, 40R-18206, Part Lot 30, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington,
Municipality of Clarington as per the Notice of Option Agreement registered on the
property on June 22, 1998, as LT 856706
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and the Clerk be hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Municipality of Clarington, with the corporate Seal, written notice exercising the Option
to purchase in accordance with the Notice of Option Agreement between the Municipality
and Bonnydon Limited dated September 18, 1996.
BY-LAW read a first time this 250' day of September 2000.
BY-LAW read a second time this 25"' day of September 2000.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 25' day of September 2000.
