being a By-law to authorize a purchase agreement between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and Edmond
Vanhaverbeke, in Trust, in respect to the purchase of 166 — 168
Church Street, Part of Lot 152, Block L, Grant's Plan, designated as
Part 8, l OR-645,Bowmanville,Municipality of Clarington.
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON EREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Corporation
of the Municipality of Clarington, with the corporate Seal, a purchase agreement between
Edmond Vanhaverbeke,in Trust and said Corporation
2. THAT the map attached hereto shall form part of the By-law.
BY-LAW read a first time this 10th day of July, 2000.
BY-LAW read a second time this 10h day of July, 2000.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10"' day of July, 2000.
