THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1• The lands more particularly described as Parts 7 and 9 on Reference Plan 40R-17774 are
hereby stopped up and closed as a public highway.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th- day_ of September, 2000
By-law read a third and finally passed this 25th day of September, 2000
