THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
I• The lands more particularly described as Parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18
and 19 on Reference Plan 40R-19843 are hereby declared surplus.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of September, 2000
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of September, 2000
