10, 11 and 12 on Reference Plan 40R-19843
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 The portion of Waverley Road which comprises the lands more particularly described as
Parts 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 on Reference Plan 40R-19843 is hereby stopped up and closed
as a public highway.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of September, 2000
By-law read a third and finally passed this 25th day of September, 2000
