BY-LAW NO. 2001- 119
being a by-law to amend By-law 97-35, as amended,
being a by-law to prohibit or regulate the
destruction of trees in the Municipality of Clarington
and to repeal By-law 2000-40
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington adopted the
recommendations contained in Report CD-39-01 at its meeting held on June 25, 2001;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule G of By-law 97-35 be amended by adding the following thereto:
"Mr. Thomas Edward Vendrasco, Municipal Law Enforcement Officer,
Municipality of Clarington"
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of June 2001.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of June 2001.
