THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2008 - 084
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2007-038
to appoint Members to the Samuel Wilmot Nature Area
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Samuel
Wilmot Nature Area Management Advisory Committee through the adoption of
Report PD-064-98 on June 15, 1998;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the name Ed Vanhaverbeke be deleted from the list of appointees to the Samuel Wilmot
Nature Area.
BY-LAW read a first time this 6lhday of May 2008.
BY-LAW read a second time this 6th day of May 2008.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 6th day of May 2008.
