THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2008 - 070
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2007-038 to appoint Members to the Samuel
Wilmot Nature Area Management Advisory Committee for the Municipality of
Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Samuel
Wilmot Nature Area Management Advisory Committee through the adoption of
Report PD-064-98 on June 15, 1998;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1 THAT Shirley Minifie be appointed to the Samuel Wilmot Nature
Area Management Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the
term of the appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 21 st day of April, 2008.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 21st day of April 2008.
