THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 98-9
Being a By-law to amend By-law 79-67, as amended, to
repeal By-law 95-9 and to appoint Members to the Bowmanville
Museum Board
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it expedient
to amend By-law 79-67, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 79-67 be amended by adding the following thereto:
THAT the following persons be appointed for a term concurrent
with the term of the appointing Council or until a successor
is appointed:
Gladys Ashton
Arnold Bark
Sher Leetooze
Clayton M. Morgan
Larry Paradis
Dianne McKenzie
Martha Turner
Debbie Flieler - (Friend) of the Bowmanville Museum
Councillor Mary Novak
Councillor Jim Schell
2 . THAT By-law 95-9 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of January, 1998 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of January,
1998 .
