THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 98-5
Being a By-law to appoint Poundkeepers in the
Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law
95-5
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as
Poundkeepers in the Municipality of Clarington for a term
concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or until a
successor is
appointed:
Kim Morgan-Deriet
Danny Romano
2 . THAT By-law 95-5 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of January, 1998 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of January,
1998 .
