Home My WebLink About98-25 f THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW NUMBER 98-25 Being a By-Law to assume certain streets within the Municipality of Clarington as public highways in the Municipality of Clarington. NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follow: 1 . THAT the land described as Block 143 , Plan 1OM-820, in the Municipality of Clarington, Regional Municipality of Durham, is hereby laid out and established as public highway and is accepted by the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington as public highway, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use . 2 . THAT the lands described as Blocks 24, 27 and 28, Plan 40M-1744, in the Municipality of Clarington, Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby laid out and established as public highway. 3 . THAT the streets and Blocks in Registered Plan 40M-1744, described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law, all being in the Municipality of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington as public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for public use .
