THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 98-2
Being a By-law to amend By-law 95-02, being a
by-law to amend By-law 78-63 to establish the Orono
Arena as a Community Centre in accordance with the
Community Recreation Centre Act, R.S.O. , (1990) C.22
and to provide for the establishment of a Community
Centre Board
WHEREAS THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON considers it
desirable to amend By-law 78-63 , as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law 95-02 be amended as follows :
1 . THAT Schedule "A" to By-law 95-2 be deleted in its
entirety and replaced with Schedule "A" attached
hereto and forming part of this By-law.
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of January, 1998 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of January,
1998 .

Appointees to the Orono Arena Community Centre
Board for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Council or until a successor is
appointed.
