THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 98-187
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a transfer of lands
between the Municipality of Clarington and 1249981 Ontario Ltd.
THE COUNCIL OF THE COPRORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and seal with the
Corporation's seal, a transfer of lands between the Corporation and
1249981 Ontario Ltd. with respect to Blocks 19 and 20, Plan 40M-1685.
By-law read a first and second time this 14th day of December 1998.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of December 1998.
