BY-LAW 97- 203
Being a By-law to establish an interest
charge on overdue accounts and for
prescribing the amount of such charge.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington has adopted the
recommendations contained within report TR-86-97 relating to a general accounts receivable
collection policy:
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
L THAT an interest charge of 1%per month commencing after 30 days beyond the invoice date
be established.
By-law read a first and second time this 29th day of September, 1997.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of September, 1997.
