THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NO. 2008-022
Being a By-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and the Clarington Board of
Trade for the provision of economic development services
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Mayor and the Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement
with the Clarington Board of Trade for the provision of economic
development services for the period 2008 to 2010 inclusive with the option
for a one year automatic renewal subject to agreement by both parties and
at a 3 percent fee increase.
BY-LAW read a first time this 28th day of January, 2008.
BY-LAW read a second time this 28th day of January, 2008.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 28th day of Janury, 2008.
