BY-LAW 97-78
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58 being a
By-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways,
Municipal and Private Property in the
Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington deems it desirable to amend By-law 91-58 ;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Clarington enacts
as follows :
1) Schedule II "NO PARKING" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
Adding the following reference :
Column 4
- Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Prohibited
Highway Side Between Times or Days
Maconnachie North Apple Blossom Anytime
Place Boulevard and the
(Bowmanville) west limit of
Maconnachie Place
Tilley Road North Apple Blossom Anytime
(Bowmanville) Boulevard and the
west limit of
Tilley Road
2) This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date
of the passing thereof .
