THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON hereby enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-Law 96-44 be and the same is hereby amended, by adding Section 9 as attached to Schedule "A" attached thereto and forming part of this By-Law; 2. THAT this amended By-Law shall come into force and take effect on April 1, 1997, subject to the approval of the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations. By-Law read a first and second time this 24th day of March 1997.
