being a by-law to repeal By-law 88-3 ,
a by-law to establish a Reserve for
Technical Services - Planning Department
WHEREAS at its meeting held on April 29, 1996, the Council of the
Municipality of Clarington approved the recommendation contained
in Report TR-28-96 to repeal By-law 88-3 .
NOW THEREFORE IT IS ENACTED THAT By-law 88-3 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 29th day of April 1996
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 29th day of
April 1996
