BY-LAW 96-145
being a by-law to authorize the entering into of a
Subdivision Agreement with Newcastle III Limited
Partnership and Stolp Homes (Newcastle)
Development Inc. , the owners of Plan of
Subdivision 18T-89037
WHEREAS at a special meeting of the Council of the Municipality
of Clarington, Council adopted the recommendations contained in
Report PD-114-96, that in the event the Ontario Municipal orders
Draft Approval of Plan 18T-89037, a subdivision agreement between
the Municipality and the owners be executed.
NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute on behalf
of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and
Seal with the Corporation' s Seal, an Agreement between
Newcastle III Limited Partnership and Stolp Homes
(Newcastle) Development Inc. , the Owners of Plan of
Subdivision 18T-89037, in the event the Ontario Municipal
Board orders Draft Approval of Plan 18T-89037 .
2 . THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to accept, on
behalf of the Municipality, the said conveyances of lands
required pursuant to the aforesaid Agreement ..
