being a by-law to repeal By-law 96-105,
a by-law to assume certain streets
within the Municipality of Clarington as
public highways in the Municipality of
Clarington
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT By-law 96-105 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of June 1996
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of
June 1996
