BY-LAW 95-9
Being a By-law to amend By-law 79-67, as amended, and to
appoint Members to the Bowmanville Museum Board.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington deems it expedient
to amend By-law 79-67, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
THAT By-law 79-67 be amended by adding the following thereto:
1 . THAT the following persons be appointed for a term concurrent
with the term of the appointing Council or until a successor
is appointed:
Arnold G. Bark, 120 Port Darlington Road, Bowmanville, L1C 3K3
Warner Geo. Fehn, 82A High Street, Bowmanville, L1C 3B4
Les Jagoda, 569 Townline Road North, Courtice, L1E 2J4
Cathy McKeever, 3 Inglis Avenue, Courtice, LlE 2A8
Dianne McKenzie, 106 Clayton Crescent, Bowmanville, L1C 4N9
