BY-LAW 95-6
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Game
Commission in the Municipality of Clarington and to
repeal By-law 94-10 .
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as
Members of the Game Commission for a term concurrent with
the term of the appointing Council or until a successor
is appointed:
Gerald Duvall, 5971 Co-op Road, Box 546, Orono, LOB 1M0
Darril Hinett, 38 Third Street, Bowmanville, L1C 2C5
Jim Kapteyn, 6168 Solina Road, R.R. #1, Hampton, LOB 1J0
Norm Monaghan, 15 Westmore Street, Courtice, L1E 2H8
Robert Donald Nelson, 78 Brownstone Crescent, Courtice, LlE 2Y2
Mike Sprague, 6206 Cedar Park Road,R.R.#1,Bowmanville, L1C 3K2
3 . THAT By-law 94-10 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of January, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January, 1995 .
