BY-LAW 95-5
Being a By-law to appoint Poundkeepers in the
Municipality of Clarington and to repeal By-law
94-9 .
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT the following person is hereby appointed as
Poundkeeper in the Municipality of Clarington for a term
concurrent with the term of the appointing Council or
until a successor is appointed:
Arnot Wotten, 1933 Concession Road 6, R.R.#1, Hampton, LOB 1J0
3 . THAT By-law 94-9 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of January, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January, 1995 .
