BY-LAW 95-3
Being a By-law to appoint Valuers of Livestock and
Poultry for the Municipality of Clarington and to
repeal By-law 94-7 .
WHEREAS Section 31 of the Livestock, Poultry and Honey Bee Act,
chapter L. 24 R. S.O. 1990, provides that the Council of every local
municipality shall appoint one or more persons as Valuers of
Livestock and Poultry:
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as
Valuers of Livestock and Poultry for a term concurrent
with the term of the appointing Council or until a
successor is appointed:
Barry A. James, R.R. #1, Newtonville, LOA 1J0
Tony Speziale, 36 Second Street, Bowmanville, L1C 2B5
2 . THAT the remuneration be set in accordance with the
budget allocations approved by Council for this purpose .
3 . THAT By-law 94-7 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 16th day of January, 1995 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of
January, 1995 .
